Nonlinear Langevin model with product stochasticity for biological networks: The case of the Schnakenberg model

Langevin equation is widely used to study the stochastic effects in molecular networks, as it often approximates well the underlying chemical master equation. However, frequently it is not clear when such an approximation is applicable and when it breaks down. This paper studies the simple Schnakenberg model consisting of three reversible reactions and two molecular species whose concentrations vary. To reduce the residual errors from the conventional formulation of the Langevin equation, the authors propose to explicitly model the effective coupling between macroscopic concentrations of different molecular species. The results show that this formulation is effective in correcting residual errors from the original uncoupled Langevin equation and can approximate the underlying chemical master equation very accurately.

Synthesis of graphene on a Ni film by radio-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition

Large-area single-or multilayer graphene of high quality is synthesized on Ni films by radio-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (RF-PECVD) at a relatively low temperature (650℃).In the deposition process,a trace amount of CH4 gas (2-8 sccm (sccm denotes standard cubic centimeter per minute at STP)) is introduced into the PECVD chamber and only a short deposition time (30-60 s) is used.Single-or multilayer graphene is obtained because carbon atoms from the discharging CH4 diffuse into the Ni film and then segregate out at its surface.The layer number of the obtained graphene increases when the deposition time or CH4 gas flow rate is increased.This investigation shows that PECVD is a simple,low-cost,and effective technique to synthesize large-area single-or multilayer graphene,which has potential for application as electronic devices.     

含有氨基酸基团的聚(ε-己内酯)合成与表征

采用氨基酸钠游离的氨基引发ε-己内酯单体开环得到酯肽齐聚物,并以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯为扩链剂,将这些齐聚物扩链合成4种聚酯酰胺.将4种天然氨基酸(L-丙氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-赖氨酸)引入到聚(ε-己内酯)(poly(ε-caprolactone),PCL)中,合成和表征了4种含有氨基酸残基的聚合物.通过1H-NMR、FT-IR、水接触角、水吸收率和降解实验对该聚酯酰胺进行了表征.实验结果表明:经氨基酸改性PCL的亲水性和降解性得到了改善,其中含有L-赖氨酸残基的聚酯酰胺因亲水性最高,降解速率最快.     

供水管网排气阀检测与分析方法研究

对郑州市供水管网运行中的排气阀进行了分类,确定出了7种类型排气阀,并选取了阀体进行进排气检测,对比优选各种排气阀的进排气性能,在此基础上对管网中使用的阀体进行了现场监测,考察排气阀运行效果,统计分析了郑州市排气阀现状,为郑州市排气阀的设置和运行管理提出了建议.

霍布斯基于人的自然性，运用机械唯物主义的方法，形成其完整独特的人性理论。他先从人性的“自然欲望公理”推出“一切人对一切人的战争”的自然状态；再由人的“自然理性公理”归结出的自我保全原则，导出人们为了摆脱这一自然状态而付诸理性发现的自然法。     

胡子鲶（Claris fuscus Lacepede）雄性泌尿系统组织学的观察研究

对胡子鲶（Claris fuscus Lacepede)泌尿系统，即肾脏、输尿管、膀胱以及尿道的组织学特征进行了初步观察和研究。结果表明，胡子鲶泌尿系统组织学特征与鲤科（Cyprinider）鱼类泌尿系统组织学特征大致相同，但也有一定区别。为今后鲶亚目（Siluroidei)鱼类的研究和养殖，提供一定的参考资料。
